From 23 to 25 May 2022, within the Erasmus+ project Transferring innovative adult educators’ practices” (TIP ADULT) Nr.2019-1-LV01-KA204-060346 took place sixth, the final, learning/teaching/training activity (LTTA). It took place in Bratislava, Slovakia. The topic of the activity was "Best practice exchange in the field of professional development of adult education" with a focus on Soft Skills and Coaching in Adult Education. The training was attended by representatives of 7 countries (United Kingdom, Austria, Slovakia, Turkey, Switzerland, Spain and Latvia) and was organized by partner from Slovakia – topcoach s.r.o.

The objective of LTTA was to learn from the best experience of using keynote concept to introduce soft-skills topics - leTalks and to gain the latest knowledge and best practice leadership skills.

During three days there were such topics as: Essential soft skills for Leadership, Leaders in Educational Institution, Self-development in Leadership, What is good to know about professional coaching, The SCARF model of human motivation, The Brain-based approach to concentration.

And the result of the sixth TIP ADULT LTTA "Best practice exchange in the field of professional development of adult education" is digital micro-knowledge chunks on using keynote concept and development of leadership skills on the webpage for adult educators; international cooperation issues.
